SUMMARY OF THE GUIDE

ACCESS TO THE VENUE
3-DAY TICKET ➙ EXCHANGE OF TICKETS FOR WRISTBANDS
- It is mandatory to exchange the ticket for a wristband at the Welcome Center, located at the venue entrance.
- Exchange hours:
- June 18: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- June 19 and 20: from 2:00 PM to 1:30 AM the following day
- June 21: from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM the following day
- The wristband is personal and non-transferable. Loose wristbands will not be issued.
- It is not possible to exchange tickets of third parties for wristbands.
- Allows multiple entries and exits from the venue.

- Entry is direct to the venue.
- Only a single entry is allowed; multiple entries and exits from the venue are not permitted.
- We suggest presenting the ticket in digital format to avoid paper waste.

A 100% Cashless festival
At MEO Kalorama 2025, all points of sale accept payments only by bank card, MBWAY, or contactless technology.
If you want to pay with cash, you will need to activate a Cashless Card, a practical and convenient solution that you can pre-load.

How to get there
At MEO KALORAMA, enjoy free shuttle services, discounts on public transport, and special rates at nearby parking lots. Plan your arrival with all the information you need to reach Parque da Bela Vista comfortably and conveniently.

Lockers
Keep your belongings safe and charge your phone at the Mobile Lockers, available inside and outside the venue. Access them whenever you want and share the code with friends for added convenience.

Gastronomy
What is your favorite dish? Find a wide variety of gastronomic options at the venue and dare to try new flavors. There will always be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Cup returns
Each reusable cup will cost €3.00.
At the end of each day or at the end of the event, it will be possible to return the cups in a designated container near the main gate.

Accessibility
MEO KALORAMA is a festival for everyone. You will find services such as:
- Ticket offer for your personal assistant
- Adapted shuttle – connects Oriente Station > Parque da Bela Vista and vice versa
- Dedicated parking near the entrance (reduced mobility badge)
- Entrance with ramp
- Accessible entrance in the VIP area and other spaces
Inside the park, there will also be:
- Support team to provide assistance and information to people with disabilities right from the entrance
- If you need a stretcher, you can turn to our Hospital.
- You will have priority in queues in accordance with Portuguese law.
- Accessible toilets near the "Accessibility Point" and in the toilet areas.
- Raised platform with good visibility of the MEO and San Miguel stages, power outlets for charging wheelchairs, and water bowls to hydrate guide dogs and wheelchairs.
- Front-of-stage areas near speakers for deaf people to feel the vibration of the music.
- Portuguese Sign Language on the MEO Stage.
- Audio description on the MEO stage.
- Adapted shuttle from Oriente Station to the disabled parking area at Parque da Bela Vista and vice versa.
- More platforms for people with limited mobility.
- Reception area
- Workshop for small repairs of visitors' assistive devices.
- Loan of manual wheelchairs with motorized kits for people with permanent reduced mobility.

Entry for minors
- MEO KALORAMA is rated for ages 6 and up.
- Children between 3 and 15 years old may enter, provided they are accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Children aged 3 to 5 enter for free.
- For safety, children up to 10 years old are entitled to receive a wristband with their parents' contact information (Info Point inside the venue).
- We recommend setting a visible meeting point in case the child gets lost.
