HOW TO TOP-UP YOUR WRISTBAND

Top up your wristband online and skip the queues

You can top up your wristband online from now until the end of the festival.
To do this, simply register using the form.
When you pick up your wristband, the amount you loaded earlier will automatically be added to the chip, along with the access permissions from your ticket.

HOW DO YOU WANT TO TOP UP?

  • AUTOMATIC RECHARGE: Activate this option and if your balance drops below €10, we’ll automatically add €20. You can receive up to 7 automatic top-ups. Only you can activate it from your profile.
  • MANUAL RECHARGE: Recharge whenever you want from your cell phone. Simply log back into your profile and follow the same process.

During the festival

  • QUICK CHARGING: Your wristband includes a unique QR code. Scan it with your cell phone and top up in less than 10 seconds using: Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bank Card. You can do it wherever and whenever you want.
  • PHYSICAL TOP UP POINTS: If you prefer, you can also top up at the stands inside the festival, using cash or a credit card.

Exchange your ticket for the wristband

When you arrive at the festival, you must exchange your 3-Day Pass or Day Ticket for the smart wristband at the exchange point. With the bracelet on your wrist, you’ll be able to access the venue and pay for all your purchases quickly and securely.

Check your balance whenever you want

  • DO YOU HAVE A CASHLESS ONLINE ACCOUNT? You can check your balance at any time using the form at the top of this page. Just log in with your username.

DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT? No problem! You can ask for balance information at the recharge points around the venue.

Get your remaining wristband balance back

You can request a refund of the money left on your wristband with no minimum balance and no additional fees.

Have you made all the top-ups online?

WE SOLVE YOUR DOUBTS ABOUT OUR CASHLESS SYSTEM

No, it’s completely free!

You can top up online from now until the end of the festival via our website. Remember that anything you top up online and don’t use will be automatically refunded to you!

The wristband will be given to you at the ticket validation point, we will validate your ticket or pass and give you your wristband, which will be your ticket and your wallet. If you have pre-loaded your tickets, your money will already be in your wallet.

If you have created a Cashless account online, you can check your balance at any time by going to the event website and identifying yourself with your username. If you haven’t created an account, you can always get information from the top-up points around the venue.

If you have created a Cashless account online, you can view your transaction history at any time by logging in to our website. Please note that due to connectivity problems, systems may take some time to update. If you haven’t created a Cashless account, you can request the information from authorized top-up points.

If you have created a Cashless account, when you make your first top-up, the system will give you the option of setting up an automatic top-up, i.e. if your balance drops below €10, we will automatically top up your account by €20, up to a maximum of 7 times. This option is completely voluntary and only the user can activate it.

Topping up is unlimited, you can do it as many times as you like. The only limit is the amount per transaction, you can’t top up more than 300 euros in a single transaction.

With your online account, you can

  • Make pre-event top-ups via our website
  • Register your bank card to speed up online top-ups via your smartphone during the event
  • Block your wristband and get a new one if it is stolen or lost during the event
  • Check your wristband balance and transaction history
  • Request a refund of the remaining balance on your NFC/band card after the event is over.

No, it’s completely optional, and you can do it whenever you want. The Cashless account has all the advantages, but if you still prefer not to, you can always recharge your wristband at the physical recharge points inside the venue. In this case, your wristband will be completely anonymous, so we won’t be able to block it in the event of theft or loss.

If you have created a Cashless account online, you can ask for your wristband to be blocked by visiting the Cashless Information Point. Remember that you can create a Cashless account online now by entering your ticket number (it starts with $ and is next to the barcode). Or, once you have your wristband, by entering your 6-digit ID number. This identification process is necessary to be able to block your wristband, so if you haven’t created a Cashless account online, we won’t be able to block it and you’ll lose, in addition to the wristband itself, all the money loaded onto it.

Almost. We ask for refunds on Tuesdays, and it may take a few days to be effective due to banking procedures. In 7-8 days you will have recovered your balance.

Each wristband is non-transferable and is associated with your ticket, so you must take care of it and not tamper with it. Damaged or tampered wristbands may not be accepted for access or payment. You can share your balance with friends, as long as you make the request with your wristband.

As soon as you notice damage to your wristband, go to a Cashless top-up point so that we can help you. Broken or cut wristbands will not be accepted unless they are linked to a Cashless account. Yes, the bracelet can get wet.
