NEW CONFIRMATIONS

MARO | MEO Stage, 28 August

MARO needs no introduction. Over the past eight years, she has released numerous records, joined Jacob Collier’s band on his world tour, created the project ITSAME, MARO!, through which she collaborated with artists such as Eric Clapton, Pablo Alborán and Rui Veloso, and reached the top 10 at Eurovision with the song “saudade, saudade.”

Today, she is one of the most internationally successful Portuguese artists of all time, and on 28 August she returns home for a reunion with the Portuguese audience that promises to be as magical as it is intimate. On the MEO Stage at MEO KALORAMA, she will present her latest album, SO MUCH HAS CHANGED.

ARTISTIC RESIDENCY BY CHELAS É O SÍTIO | Sagres Stage, 30 August

The Artistic Residency by Chelas É O Sítio is a project of creation, collaboration and cultural affirmation born from the creative energy of artists based in the parish.

Running for three months, the project begins at the end of April and creates a meeting point for artists, DJs and producers, encouraging musical experimentation, the sharing of artistic languages and the construction of new artistic narratives. In an effort to give opportunities to other neighbourhoods across Lisbon, the residency includes artists from all over the city, creating a more inclusive curatorial approach.

Developed across several spaces connected to creativity and youth culture, such as Kriativu, LX Jovem and music studios partnered with the association, the residency aims to highlight emerging talent and establish the Chelas community as one of Lisbon’s cultural epicentres, giving a platform to voices and aesthetics that reflect the contemporary identity of the city’s neighbourhoods.

Participating artists include Igor D’Araujo, Pandon and Real Boss, as well as DJs and producers DJ Slick, Milly, Young Max and JaySav. The curation of participants was led by Sam The Kid and Nuno Varela, founding members of the Chelas É O Sítio association.

At the end of the residency, the work developed will be ready to be presented live on the Sagres Stage at MEO KALORAMA, bringing to the stage the songs created throughout the process. This opportunity will be key in elevating and giving visibility to the artists involved, while also strengthening the close relationship between the festival and the parish that hosts it.

PANORAMA LISBOA STAGE

Since its first edition, MEO KALORAMA has consistently embraced electronic music. In 2026, the PANORAMA Lisboa Stage once again becomes a space exclusively dedicated to dance music, creating an environment where different musical genres coexist with one shared goal: to transform Parque da Bela Vista into a dancefloor where everyone is invited to dance.

On 28 August, the lineup for this stage features Budino, the Italian DJ and producer; Hunee, a DJ with an exploratory spirit known for intense and emotional sets; Lola Haro, a Belgian artist linked to Antwerp’s underground scene, who will perform a back-to-back set with Roman Flügel, one of the biggest names in German electronic music; Nathan Fake (live), the British producer known for a sonic universe that blends atmospheric techno, downtempo and shoegaze influences; and finally Viegas, a returning name at the festival and a regular presence in the city’s queer club scene.

On 29 August, Friday, the spotlight turns to Mind Enterprises, the italo disco duo that went viral on social media; Hiroko Yamamura, a DJ who fuses house, acid and techno as a tribute to Chicago’s rave legacy; Horse Meat Disco, one of the most celebrated dance music collectives today; Mário Valente, a major figure in Lisbon nightlife and the mind behind projects such as the radio show SALÓN FUZZ, the hi-fi house party VEM! and the duo A Night Out With the Hard Ones; and finally Suchi, producer and curator recognised for a vibrant, eclectic and globally minded club vision shaped by her Indian and Norwegian roots.

The final day is marked by a strong presence from Príncipe Discos, one of the most innovative and relevant electronic music projects in the world. Thus, on 30 August, the PANORAMA Lisboa Stage will feature DJ Lycox; DJ Marfox, founding member of the collective and a central figure in Afro-Portuguese music, responsible for popularising the Batida genre; Helviofox; DIIONYG; Nídia; O Ghettão, a project that brings together DJ Nigga Fox, DJ Danifox and DJ Firmeza in a supergroup blending polyrhythmic afro-deep-house, mutant kuduro and free-spirited minimalist jazz; as well as Soundpreta.

STAGE-BY-STAGE LINEUP

MEO STAGE

The MEO Stage brings together some of the biggest names of this year’s edition, in a lineup that crosses pop, hip hop, guitar-driven music, and some of the most essential names in both contemporary Portuguese and international music.

On 28 August, Robbie Williams headlines a night that also features Interpol, one of the key bands in the resurgence of New York indie rock in the 2000s; MARO, one of the most internationally acclaimed Portuguese artists today; Swedish composer Anna Von Hausswolff; and Folk Bitch Trio, the Australian indie folk project marked by vocal harmonies and dark humour.

On 29 August, the MEO Stage welcomes Ms. Lauryn Hill with special guests Wyclef Jean, YG Marley and Zion Marley, for a unique performance centred around the legacy of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill and the classics of The Fugees. Also performing that day are Ravyn Lenae, one of the most promising new voices in contemporary pop and R&B; Vince Staples, one of the most consistent and intelligent rappers of his generation; Bruno Pernadas, a leading name in contemporary Portuguese music; Joshua Idehen, the British-Nigerian poet and musician with a magnetic presence; and Raquel Martins, the Portuguese artist based in London whose sound blends soul, electronic music and jazz into a distinctive language of her own.

On the final day, 30 August, the festival’s biggest stage hosts an intense lineup led by Deftones, one of the defining rock bands of the last three decades, and Turnstile, one of the most celebrated names of the new alternative generation. The lineup is completed by British band High Vis, who have been redefining the boundaries between post-punk, indie rock and dance music; Peaches, an absolutely singular figure in performative electro-rock; and Portuguese band TRAVO, a visceral psychedelic rock quartet from Braga.

SAGRES STAGE

In its first edition as the Sagres Stage, the lineup stands out for its aesthetic and sonic diversity, embracing a wide range of talents from different generations.

On 28 August, this stage welcomes Grace Jones, an absolute pop culture icon whose body of work continues to challenge the boundaries between music, fashion and performance. She is joined by Judeline, one of the most exciting voices in new Spanish pop; Melody’s Echo Chamber, a key name in contemporary psychedelic pop; Angine de Poitrine, the experimental duo from Québec blending rock, techno and disco and currently one of the biggest viral sensations online; and finally A Sul, the project of singer and producer Cláudia Sul.

On 29 August, the spotlight falls on Yasiin Bey x Talib Kweli – Black Star, the essential duo of politically and socially conscious hip hop, and on Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Ruban Nielson’s project that fuses indie rock and psychedelia with a very distinctive identity. The same day will also feature Criolo, Amaro and Dino, united in a unique project celebrating the ancestral roots of the Portuguese language; Femme Falafel, creator of a universe as irreverent as it is singular; and Tyler Ballgame, the American singer who blends folk, pop and funk with a very particular vintage charm.

On 30 August, the Sagres Stage hosts Clipse, the iconic American hip hop duo that returned this year with Let God Sort Em Out, and Freddie Gibbs + The Alchemist, two heavyweights of contemporary rap whose creative chemistry has made them a cult duo. That day’s lineup also includes Wednesday, one of the most acclaimed bands of the new wave of American alt-country and indie rock; Panic Shack, the direct and chaotic Welsh garage rock quintet; Pelados, the Brazilian band known for their “slacker pop” and lo-fi indie rock; and the Artistic Residency by Chelas É O Sítio, a collaborative project that strengthens the connection between the festival, its local territory and the city’s emerging creative scene.

The organisers of MEO KALORAMA would like to thank the institutional support of Lisbon City Council, Turismo de Portugal and Turismo de Lisboa, as well as naming sponsor MEO, multi-energy partner Repsol, and strategic partner Sagres, who together with the festival’s other sponsors Lipton, Toyota and Delta, contribute to the development of this project.
