Mobile Lockers are the ideal solution for keeping your belongings safe and charging your phone (cable not included) – available both OUTSIDE (at the Welcome Centre) and INSIDE the festival.
Access your locker whenever you like! You can open it as many times as needed using your personal code, which you can also share with friends to use the same locker. It’s practical, convenient, and designed so you can enjoy the festival without any worries.

What is a Mobile Locker?
Mobile Locker is a company that invented a fully autonomous locker system.
How can I book?
You can book via this link or directly at the Mobile Locker terminal. Once the booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation and your locker number. To open the lockers, you can choose to link an RFID chip card or wristband, or use an alphanumeric code entered during the booking process.
What can I store in my locker?
You can place any items that fit inside the rented locker, except for prohibited items. Remember that with Mobile Locker, you pay per locker rented, not per item, so you’re free to bring anything that fits in your locker.
What is prohibited from being stored in my locker?
Any items whose possession or trade is illegal (such as stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material or anything degrading to human dignity, etc.). Items that require a licence to possess without holding such a licence or authorisation (such as weapons and/or ammunition). Any type of polluting or hazardous material (e.g., flammable objects or dangerous substances). Animals of any kind or any other living being.
Is my luggage insured?
Neither MEO KALORAMA nor Mobile Locker can be held responsible for any items stored inside the lockers.
How long can I rent my locker for?
During the 3 days of the festival, from 4 PM to 3 AM.
Is it possible to charge mobile devices in the lockers?
Each locker has a socket to plug in and charge one mobile device. The cable is not included.
Can I access the locker again after placing my luggage inside?
You can access your rented locker as many times as you want or need during the rental period. So, if you forget something, want to add more items, or need to access your locker at any point during the rental period, you can do so without any problem.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, as long as the change or cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start date of the service you booked.
What should I do if I experience an issue while using the locker?
In case of malfunction, lockout, or any other type of issue while using the locker, you can contact the Mobile Locker support service by calling +34 668 50 50 20 or by writing to the following email address: events@mobilelocker.es.
