How can I get a refund for my remaining Cashless balance?

IF YOU TOPPED UP ONLINE:

Automatic refunds will start from September 3rd. No minimum amount required and no transfer fees.

 

IF YOU TOPPED UP AT THE TOP-UP STATIONS:

To request a refund, log in to your Cashless account or create one using the form below.

Refunds will be processed by bank transfer from September 3rd until September 18th at 23:59.

No minimum amount required and no cost per transfer.

Can I ask for a refund of the ticket in case one or several artists announced in the program do not perform?

Once purchased, the ticket will only be exchanged or refunded if the event is cancelled.

A cancellation is considered when more than half of the scheduled concerts are cancelled or the show does not take place at the scheduled place, date and time. Cases of force majeure are those arising from unforeseeable events whose effects occur independently of the will of the promoter of the show, i.e. fires, floods, cyclones, earthquakes and other natural causes that directly prevent the show from taking place or other causes of force majeure not attributable to the organisation. These situations do not give rise to the right to a refund of the ticket price in accordance with Decree-Law 23/2014 of 14 February.

If a refund is possible, you must go to the place where you bought your ticket and request it. 

For purchases made at Fever you can request the inclusion of insurance to protect your tickets.

Is there a lost and found?

You should resort to the elements of PSP present in the enclosure. If you find something missing after leaving the enclosure, you can contact the 34th police station located at Avenida Cidade Lourenço Marques - Praceta A, with the contact + 351 218547200.
