DJ Lycox is one of the most talented and influential producers in the contemporary urban/club scene rooted in the African diaspora. Of Angolan descent, he was born in Portugal and is currently based in Paris.

Carlos Afonso, known as Helviofox, is considered an emerging talent in Lisbon’s electronic scene. Born in Quinta do Mocho, Loures, to Angolan parents, he is part of the TLS collective and deeply rooted in batida lisboeta, a genre mixing African rhythms like kuduro, kizomba, and tarraxinha with house and techno.
