All payments at the venue are 100% cashless

At MEO Kalorama 2025, all points of sale accept payments only by bank card, MBWAY, or contactless technology.

If you want to pay with cash, you will need to activate a Cashless Card, a practical and convenient solution that you can pre-load.

If you don’t use up your card balance during the festival, no worries! The refund will be made using the same payment method.

activate and top up a Cashless Card

Upon arrival at the venue:

  1. Head to one of the Cashless Card top-up points and activate your CARD (a one-time activation fee of €1 will be charged at the time of the first top-up).
  2. Load your card with cash for the amount you want to spend.
  3. Use the card at all sales points — you can top it up anytime you need.
    Note: The activation fee will not be charged again as long as you keep the same card.

HOW TO MAKE A CASHLESS PURCHASE

Once you’ve topped up your card, you can use it at any sales point inside the venue:

Step by step:

  1. Head to the sales point and place your order.
  2. The staff member will register your items.
  3. Confirm your order and tap your card to pay – you can request an invoice with your tax number at this moment.
  4. And that’s it! Enjoy!

Check your balance with ease

You can easily check your balance at any top-up point or with a staff member carrying a Cashless terminal at any sales point in the festival.

REFUND OF REMAINING BALANCE

Didn’t use up all the balance on your card during the festival? No worries! Refunds are one of the perks of the Cashless system.

The refund request period will run from June 22 at 6:00 AM to July 15 at 11:59 PM.

REQUEST YOUR CASHLESS REFUND

CASHLESS REFUND POLICY

  • Only ZIG cards activated during the event are eligible for a refund.
  • The form must be filled out correctly and completely.
  • Use the number printed on the back of your ZIG card to request a refund.
  • The refund will only be made to bank accounts held by the same person named on the form.
  • Only one email will be accepted per card/form number.
  • The minimum remaining refund amount is €2.00; it will be refunded in full, except
  • A refund fee of €1.50 will be applied.
  • Any other bank fees charged will be deducted from the amount to be transferred.
  • The refund will be processed from July 21, 2025, with a maximum processing time of 15 business days.
  • The activation fee (€1) will not be refunded.

PROCEDURES FOR

CUP REFUND

Each reusable cup costs €3.00.

At the end of each day or at the end of the event, you can return it and get your money back — as long as you present both the cup and the receipt together — by following these steps:

1. Cup Purchase

When you buy the cup, you will receive a receipt with a QR code (one per cup). We recommend taking a photo of the QR code in case you lose the paper receipt. This is useful if you buy a cup for someone else and you are not together at the time of return. You can only get your money back by presenting both the cup and the receipt.

2. Cup Return

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

  • Return the cup in the designated container near the main entrance.

  • Show the QR code to the assistant — they will scan it to validate the return.

  • You will automatically receive your money back on the same card used to pay (debit/credit).

CASHLESS CARD OR MB WAY

In these cases, no QR code is printed and no cash refunds will be made during the event.
The cup value will be refunded as credit on the card. Later, you can claim a cash refund on the refund website.

  • The user is responsible for keeping and presenting the QR code to validate the return. If the code is lost, a refund will not be possible.
