Since Step to Rhythm, their debut album released in 2013, Turnstile have been bigger than any label critics try to place on them. In 2021, they risked everything and released GLOW ON, a record that transformed hardcore culture into a mass phenomenon and catapulted the Baltimore band to new heights. Today, Turnstile are one of the most celebrated guitar acts of the moment, responsible for the first crowd surf in an NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert and owners of several anthems whose messages speak directly to a new generation that sings at full volume in every show: “I want to thank you for letting me be myself.”
