Once purchased, the ticket will only be exchanged or refunded if the event is cancelled. A cancellation is considered when more than half of the scheduled concerts are cancelled or the show does not take place at the scheduled place, date and time. Cases of force majeure (fires, floods, cyclones, earthquakes and other natural causes) do not entitle you to a refund. You must go to the place where you bought your ticket to request a refund.

MEO KALORAMA tickets are not nominal. However, 3-day passes must be exchanged for wristbands and are therefore not transferable.

Yes, you can enter the festival with reusable plastic cups for any type of drink, as long as they have a translucent bar with the volume of the cup so that you can measure the volume served and the volume is equal to or greater than 40cl.
Reusable tritan wine glasses are also permitted. Glasses of all sizes will be allowed. The sizes served at the Festival, which correspond to the glasses inside the venue, are:
40cl for all types of drink and
20cl for wine.
Acrylic glasses are not allowed as they are easily broken.
No, the tickets are generic and common for everyone.
Visitors must have a valid ticket for the festival and present their medical certificate of multipurpose disability with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 60 per cent, proving that they have reduced mobility. The free ticket for the personal assistant will be available at the ticket office next to the accessible entrance located at the entrance to the event.
Yes, if you’re coming to the festival alone and want to, you can take advantage of the dedicated accompaniment service for as long as you wish or for as long as you’re at the festival.
Yes, there is reserved parking near the entrance for people with reduced mobility cards issued by the competent authorities.

Yes, there will be an adapted shuttle linking Oriente Station > Parque da Bela Vista and vice versa. This service is only available to wheelchair users during the festival’s opening hours.
The festival provides a support team right from the entrance, priority in the queues in accordance with Portuguese legislation, adapted unisex toilets, raised platforms with good visibility for the MEO and SAN MIGUEL stages, power points for charging support products such as wheelchairs, spaces next to the speakers for deaf people to feel the vibration of the music, among other facilities. Water bowls will also be available to hydrate guide dogs/assistance dogs.
Yes, there will be interpretation in Portuguese Sign Language and audio description services on the MEO stage.
Break rooms for neurodivergent people are safe, calm and controlled spaces designed to accommodate people who may feel overwhelmed by the intense stimuli of an environment like MEO KALORAMA.
There will be a pause room in the space next to the accessibility point/workshop and it can be used mainly by neurodivergent people, people with anxiety, post-traumatic stress, sensory hypersensitivities, people with sensory processing disorders or anyone who is feeling emotionally or sensorially overwhelmed.
Yes, there are wheelchair loan services with motorised kits for people with permanent disabilities, other support products such as manual chairs, electric chairs and mobility scooters for people with temporary disabilities, as well as a workshop for minor repairs to visitors’ support products.

You’ll have to call on the organisation’s services and teams inside the venue, who will help you with anything you need. We have an information point at the entrance and a Balore area, which can provide all the information and support you need.

There are no car parks. Except for people with reduced mobility, where there is a car park at the entrance, only for vehicles with an IMT reduced mobility badge.
Yes, there will be a medical centre and several mobile teams on site.
MEO KALORAMA is rated for ages 6 and up. However, all minors between the ages of 3 and 15 may enter the venue as long as they are accompanied by their mum, dad or legal guardian. Children between the ages of 3 and 5 do not pay for a ticket.

Yes, all children under the age of 10 will be given a wristband with their parents’ contact details. We advise you to set up a visible meeting point in case the child gets lost.
