The 5th edition of MEO KALORAMA will be a moment of celebration for all music lovers. On August 28, 29 and 30, the festival returns to Parque da Bela Vista for a reunion with Lisbon filled with Music, Art and Sustainability, in what will be the highlight of the summer for all Portuguese people.<\/span><\/p>\n

With an eclectic lineup focused on diversity and representation, MEO KALORAMA also renews its work with the community, strengthening its commitment to the environment, inclusion and the city of Lisbon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbie Williams<\/b>, <\/span>Deftones<\/b>, <\/span>Turnstile<\/b>, <\/span>Clipse<\/b>, <\/span>Interpol<\/b>, <\/span>Ravyn Lenae<\/b>, <\/span>Violent Femmes<\/b>, <\/span>Freddie Gibbs & The Alchemist<\/b>, <\/span>Unknown Mortal Orchestra<\/b>, <\/span>Melody\u2019s Echo Chamber<\/b>, <\/span>High Vis<\/b>, <\/span>Wednesday<\/b>, <\/span>Mind Enterprises<\/b>, <\/span>Joshua Idehen<\/b>, <\/span>Panic Shack<\/b>, <\/span>Pelados<\/b>, <\/span>Raquel Martins<\/b>, <\/span>Travo<\/b> and <\/span>Tyler Ballgame<\/b> are the first confirmations of a lineup that will bring many more surprises and positions MEO KALORAMA as one of the most diverse and exciting festivals of the summer.<\/span><\/p>\n

In August, Parque da Bela Vista will host one of the greatest fulfilled promises of British pop. <\/span>Robbie Williams<\/b> brings to MEO KAL a collection of hits that span several generations and will fill the MEO Stage, with the entire audience singing at the top of their lungs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deftones<\/b> are also a unique success story. Pioneers of nu-metal in the \u201990s, they released <\/span>private music<\/span><\/i> this year, an album that catapulted the American band into what is now the strongest phase of their career after being rediscovered by a new generation of fans who embraced them as their own.<\/span><\/p>\n

Turnstile<\/b> are bigger than any label critics try to place on them. In 2021, they took a bold leap and released <\/span>GLOW ON<\/span><\/i>, the record that turned hardcore culture into a mainstream phenomenon and propelled the Baltimore band to new heights. Today, they are one of the most celebrated guitar acts of their time, owners of several anthems whose messages speak directly to a new generation that sings at every show, at full volume: \u201cI want to thank you for letting me be myself.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

CLIPSE<\/b> were a supergroup before the term even existed. The hip-hop duo that launched the musical careers of brothers Gene \u201cMalice\u201d and Terrence \u201cPusha T\u201d Thorton returned this year with <\/span>Let God Sort \u2018Em Out<\/span><\/i>. Produced by Pharrell Williams, the album includes collaborations with John Legend, Kendrick Lamar and Tyler, The Creator, and, as expected, is nominated for \u201cRap Album of the Year\u201d at this year\u2019s GRAMMY Awards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Freddie Gibbs<\/b> and <\/span>The Alchemist<\/b> need no introduction either. Heavyweights of contemporary hip hop and masters at turning collaborations into classics, they released <\/span>Alfredo 2<\/span><\/i> this July, the highly anticipated follow-up to their 2020 joint album. The record reaffirms the unique chemistry between Gibbs\u2019 razor-sharp lyricism and Alchemist\u2019s elegant, cinematic production. Together, they bring this new chapter to Lisbon for an unmissable performance at MEO KALORAMA.<\/span><\/p>\n

With <\/span>Interpol<\/b>, we travel to New York, birthplace of the early-2000s indie-rock revival, led by Paul Banks\u2019 band, whose influence continues to resonate today. <\/span>Turn On The Bright Lights<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>Antics<\/span><\/i> remain two of the most celebrated records of that era and will surely be part of a setlist that promises to be unforgettable.<\/span><\/p>\n

With a singular voice, <\/span>Ravyn Lenae<\/b> is a rising pop star responsible for one of today\u2019s biggest hits \u2014 \u201cLove Me Not\u201d \u2014 which has brought global attention to her talent. After touring with SZA and Noname, Ravyn finally makes her Portugal debut.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLet me go on, like a blister in the sun\u201d is the opening line of a chorus that has crossed generations. This sunny, carefree melody is one of the highlights of <\/span>Violent Femmes<\/b>\u2019 self-titled debut, an album that helped define folk rock as a genre. Pillars of American alternative rock, the Wisconsin band returns to Portugal for a joyful, celebratory show.<\/span><\/p>\n

If \u201cObama-Era Indie Music\u201d is indeed a thing, <\/span>Unknown Mortal Orchestra<\/b> are definitely among its brightest children. In 2015, they reached new heights with <\/span>Multi-Love<\/span><\/i>, home to singles like \u201cMulti-Love,\u201d \u201cNecessary Evil\u201d and \u201cCan\u2019t Keep Checking My Phone.\u201d At MEO KALORAMA, recent tracks such as \u201cHunnybee\u201d and \u201cThat Life\u201d will also take the stage in a reunion with the Portuguese audience that promises to be flawless.<\/span><\/p>\n

Melody\u2019s Echo Chamber<\/b> is another example of pure pop experimentalism. Her self-titled debut opened the door to a career that has always avoided the obvious. In Portugal, Melody Prochet will present the brand-new <\/span>Unclouded<\/span><\/i>, marking her first concert in the country in more than 10 years. We couldn\u2019t be more excited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Good things take time, and <\/span>High Vis<\/b> prove exactly that. Active since 2016, the British band is now receiving the recognition they always deserved. Mixing indie rock, post-punk and dance music, their sound places them among the most exciting contemporary rock acts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Across the ocean, alt-country is back, and <\/span>Wednesday<\/b> are among its leading forces. Frontwoman and songwriter Karly Hartzman crafts songs as beautiful as they are challenging, painting contemporary American life with striking clarity. This year\u2019s<\/span> Bleeds<\/span><\/i> is proof of that and, according to Pitchfork, the best rock album of 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joining this wave of names are also <\/span>Mind Enterprises<\/b>, an italo-disco duo; <\/span>Joshua Idehen<\/b>, a poet and musician with an unmistakable voice; <\/span>Panic Shack<\/b>, straight-to-the-point garage rock from Wales; <\/span>Pelados<\/b>, masters of lo-fi from S\u00e3o Paulo; <\/span>Tyler Ballgame<\/b>, who moves between funk and pop with contagious energy; and the Portuguese projects <\/span>Travo<\/b> and <\/span>Raquel Martins<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
