In 2024, MEO Kalorama festival makes its return to the idyllic Parque da BelaVista on the 29th, 30th and 31st of August. Now in its third year, MEO Kaloramaprovides attendees with a unique blend of musical exploration and culturalimmersion. Based in the vibrant city of Lisbon, the end-of-summer festival is theperfect choice for adventurous, music and sunshine lovers.<\/p>

Today, the festival unveils its initial lineup, a dynamic range of artists thatembodies diversity, representation, and inclusion, encompassing establishedicons and emerging talents, alongside a blend of long-anticipated comebacks andexciting premieres. MEO Kalorama is proud to welcome Massive Attack, LCDSoundsystem, Sam Smith, Jungle, The Smile, The Kills, Ana Moura, ThePostal Service + Death Cab For Cutie, Overmono, Yard Act, Ana Lua Caiano,English Teacher, Ezra Collective, Glockenwise, Nation of Language andVagabon.<\/p>

It’s been almost two decades since we first heard \u2018Losing my Edge\u2019, \u2018Drunk Girls\u2019,or \u2018Daft Punk Is Playing at my house\u2019 by LCD Soundsystem who will no doubtignite the crowds at MEO Kalorama into dancing and singing. Massive Attackstands central to music history, credited with bringing trip-hop to the worldalongside Portishead and Tricky. Their legacy remains essential making them amust-see at the festival.<\/p>

Sam Smith will unveil his soulful voice and immaculate songs at MEO Kalorama,promising a performance that captivates. Jungle will be bringing a fusion of soul,funk, hip-hop, and electronica to the crowds at MEO Kalorama.<\/p>

The third edition of MEO Kalorama also welcomes the electronic duoOvermono, formed by Welsh brothers Tom and Ed Russell, as well as theeclectic British Yard Act. The post-punk Leeds quartet, English Teacher, andMercury Prize winners Ezra Collective will be making their debut at the summer’sconclusion event.<\/p>

The Smile, a unique art-rock\/post-punk project with Thom Yorke and JonnyGreenwood from Radiohead will dazzle crowds with their genre-defyingperformance. The Postal Service + Death Cab For Cutie celebrate the 20th anniversary of their classics, \u2018Give Up\u2019 and \u2018Transatlanticism\u2019, with BenjaminGibbard playing both albums in their entirety, commemorating their influentialjourney. The Kills make a return with their new album, \u2018God Games\u2019, showcasinga shift to piano-driven rock that will charm the crowds with an electrifyingperformance.<\/p>

Ana Moura who blends fado with African roots and electronica, promises anirresistible celebration of diversity at MEO Kalorama. Ana Lua Caiano, aboundary-pushing artist who seamlessly merges Portuguese popular music withelectronic influences is also joining the bill, as well as the indie-rock of theBarcelos fab-trio, Glockenwise. The indie-pop Brooklyn band, Nation ofLanguage will energise the crowds by the synth-pop experts. Vagabon, theCameroonian-American multi-instrumentalist will also be taking the stage thissummer in Lisbon.<\/p>

The We Are MEO Kalorama community that took part in the first and\/orsecond editions of the festival will have exclusive pre-sale access to a \u20ac130 3-Day Pass, from the 7th December at 9am GMT until 8th December at 10 amGMT.
