HOW TO TOP UP YOUR WRISTBAND

ONLINE TOP-UP

You can top up online from now until the end of the festival by registering here. When you pick up your wristband, the amount you have previously charged online will be charged directly onto the chip of your cashless wristband along with your ticket access permissions.

Top up your wristband online and avoid queues!

 

AT THE FESTIVAL

  • FAST TOP-UP: Once you have your wristband it will have a unique QR on your chip. With your mobile phone you can scan it and top up the desired balance via Apple Pay, Google Pay or by entering your card details. You can do it anytime, anywhere and in less than 10 seconds!
  • TOP-UP POINTS: ou can also go to the different points in the festival to top up with cash or a card.

PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND

You will have to exchange your pass or day ticket for the smart wristband at the exchange booth set up during the festival. With the wristband already on your wrist, you will be able to access the venue and pay for everything you consume.

Have you topped-up your wristband online before the festival? Don't worry, your money will be available in your wristband!

CHECK YOUR BALANCE

  • IF YOU HAVE CREATED A CASHLESS ACCOUNT ONLINE, ou can check your balance at any time, using the form provided here and identifying yourself with your username.

 

  • IF YOU HAVEN’T CREATED A CASHLESS ACCOUNT, you can always get information at the recharge points around the venue. We recommend that you top up online so that you can check your balance at any time from your mobile phone and avoid queues.

GET BACK THE MONEY YOU HAVE LEFT OVER

You can recover the money left on your wristband after the event with no minimum balance limit.

  • IF YOU HAVE DONE ALL YOUR TOP-UPS ONLINE, EITHER THROUGH YOUR CASHLESS ACCOUNT OR THROUGH QUICK TOP-UP (scanning the QR on your wristband and charging directly with your cell phone): You won't have to do anything! We will automatically refund you the full amount within a maximum period starting September 3rd. You will not be charged any handling fee.

  • IF YOU HAVE DONE ANY OF YOUR TOP-UPS AT THE FESTIVAL RECHARGE POINTS: You will have to request a refund from September 3rd at 09:00h until September 18th at 23:59h!

    • If you have created a cashless account: log in to your Cashless account and make sure your balance is displayed. You will then be able to request a refund. If your balance is not shown, check that your wristband is linked to your Cashless account (you can enter your wristband number to link it).
    • If you have not created a Cashless account: you must first create a Cashless account on the form at the top of this page, link your wristband (by entering your wristband number to link it) and request your refund from September 3rd at 09:00h .


- There is no minimum balance limit to make the request and you will not be charged any handling fee.

- Due to the way banks process card refunds, it may take up to 15 days for the refund to be reflected in your account once processed. 

TAKE CARE OF YOUR WRISTBAND!

1. Your bracelet is an electronic wallet with a chip that holds your money – look after it as if it were your wallet!

2. Avoid exposing it to heat and do not attempt to pierce it, as it will be permanently deactivated.

 


AND REMEMBER…

>> If you use your account to top up online, the refund will be automatic. If you still have an account, but you top up at the festival’s recharge points, you will have to make the request in your account.

>> You must keep your wristband to make the online refund request. No refund requests will be processed after the expiry of the refund period.

>> Due to the way banks process card refunds, the refund may take up to 15 days once processed.

>> To verify the refund do not forget to check the movements of your credit card and not those of your account as this is where you will see it processed.

Is there a cost for the wristband?

No, it's totally free!

How can I top up my Cashless account?

You can top up online from now until the end of the festival, through the link at the top of this page. During the festival you can also top up online with the quick recharge (scanning the QR of your wristband and charging directly with your cell phone). Remember that if you do all your top ups online, you will be automatically refunded the balance you have left!
In addition, there will be recharge points at the venue where you can recharge with cash or credit card.

Where do I get my wristband?

We will give you your wristband at the ticket validation points, we will validate your ticket or 3-Day Pass, and we will give you your wristband which will be your ticket and your wallet.
If you have made a top-up in advance, you will have your money already at your wristband.

Where can I check my balance?

If you have created a Cashless account online, you can check your balance at any time by logging into the event website and identifying yourself with your username.

If you haven't created an account, you can always get information at the recharge points around the venue.

Do I have access to my transaction history?

If you have created a Cashless account online, you can view your transaction history at any time by logging into our website. Please note that, due to connectivity issues, the systems may take some time to update.


If you have not created a Cashless account, you can request the information at the authorised recharge points.

Is there a recharge limit?

The recharge is unlimited, you can do it as many times as you want. The only limit is the amount per transaction, you cannot top up more than €300 in a single transaction.

Why create a Cashless account?

With your online account, you will be able to:
- Top up online before and during the event through our website.
- Register your bank card to speed up online recharges via smartphone during the event.
- Ask us to block your wristband and get a new one in case of theft or loss during the event.
- Check the balance of your wristband and the history of your transactions
- Ask for a refund of the balance left on your wristband once the event is over if you have recharged at a physical recharge point inside the venue. 

Is it mandatory to create a Cashless account?

No, it is completely optional, and you can do it whenever you want.
The Cashless account is all advantages, but if you still prefer not to do it, you can always recharge your wristband at the physical recharge points inside the venue. In this case, your wristband will be completely anonymous, and therefore we will not be able to block it in case of theft or loss.

What happens if my wristband is lost or stolen?

If you have created a Cashless account online, you can request to have your wristband blocked by visiting the Cashless Information Point.

As a reminder, you can create a Cashless account online now by entering your ticket number (it starts with $ and is next to the barcode). Or once you have your wristband, by entering its 6-digit ID number.
This identification process is necessary to be able to block your wristband, so if you have not created a Cashless account online, we will not be able to block it and you will lose, in addition to the bracelet itself, all the money loaded on the wristband.

What happens to my money after the event?

Is the refund immediate?

We order returns on Tuesdays, and it is possible that due to banking procedures, it may take up to 15 days once processed.

Can I share my wristband?

Each wristband is non-transferable and is associated with your ticket, so you must take care of it and not tamper with it. Wristbands that are damaged or tampered with may not be accepted for access or payment.
You can share your balance with friends as long as it is you, with your wristband, who will be ordering.

What happens if it breaks? And can it get wet?

As soon as you detect damage to your wristband, please go to a Cashless recharge point so that we can help you. Broken or cut wristbands will not be accepted unless they are linked to a Cashless account.

Yes, the wristband can get wet.
